This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, well equipped first floor condo, is located in the elegant dunes at the peaceful northern end of Wrightsville Beach in Wrightsville Dunes. Appreciate your own private balcony while watching the pelicans soar and the waves crash on the broad beach! Parlor poolside at one of the two community pools or play a match or two on the tennis courts. Of course, the wide, white sandy beach accessed by private walkways will make you feel like you have it all to yourself! This condo is in the Sterling Edition which features an exterior secured entrance to the building for your convenience.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all cars to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking costs will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be supplied in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation costs may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking your Southport vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, travel guides contain deals for nearby tours and attractions.
