1.  No events or events are allowed without prior approval from Mira Mar Vacation Units.

2. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–8 AM per Town of Wrightsville Beach regulations.

3. A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival.

4.  Inclement weather is not grounds for a refund if inside the cancellation period.

5. Parking is available for up to 2 cars (or 3 smaller cars).

6. NO FAMILY PETS - Any service animal paperwork must be submitted at the time of booking.
