Savor a private entrance with bistro seating and a handsome stone pathway, with roses welcoming you upon arrival. Inside, you'll find a king bedroom with a 55” intelligent TV and a queen bedroom with a 32” intelligent TV. Each bedroom has its own thermostat and ceiling fan for personalized comfort. The home features a full bath with a stand-up shower, a cozy sitting area, and a well-equipped kitchenette, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, double countertop cooktop, drip coffee maker, and Keurig.
After a day at the beach, relax in the shared fenced backyard or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Beach chairs and a wagon are supplied for simple beach trips.
This private guest space is attached to a bigger home, with a separate upstairs residence that may be occupied during your stay. The driveway and yard are shared, and parking is available for up to 2 cars on the left side of the driveway.
