The detailed appeal put into this home has every room feeling comfortable making you feel right at home. The two master bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and freshly modernized bathroom en suite. There is a queen bed in the third bedroom and a pair of twins in the fourth. Appreciate sitting at the barstools on the back deck overlooking the ocean or feel the ocean breeze downstairs in your own bar!   • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
