This outstanding 4 bedroom beach side bungalow is ideal for your sizable family gathering. Appreciate 4 bedrooms with ample sleeping arrangements. The enormous open floor plan has plenty of space for your family. This home offers 4th row ocean vistas, and is just a short walk to closest beach access. Two four passenger golf carts come with the rental, and BHI Club Membership is available but not included. Linens are supplied. A Shoals Club Membership is available at an additional cost.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
