“American Dream” is located on an upsized lot on a peaceful cul-de-sac with magnificant vistas of the Bald Head Island golf course and lagoon. This beauty was completely restored and taken down to the studs in 2020 and will be open for new units Spring of 2021! The home has been professionally decorated and tons of upgrades and nice finishing touches. The lower level contains 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a combo bath and shower. Bedroom 1 has a twin plus a bunk with a twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is the main living area with a gourmet / well supplied kitchen, half bath, broad porch overlooking the great water vistas of the lagoon and 2 master suites. Both master suites include king beds and private baths. The 3rd level is a loft with great ocean vistas! It also contains a separate bedroom with 2 queens. Three four passenger golf carts are also supplied for your enjoyment with the beach being less than a min. cart ride away!

Finding the best value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Bald Head Island. Book your Southport rental home in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.   • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
