Designed for entertainment, our home features a private in ground pool featuring LED lights and 2 separate living areas for everybody to spread out and relax. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there's plenty of room to accommodate the biggest of families. A new beach access will provide handicap accessible beach access directly across the street. With minimal public parking, you will find this stretch of beach to be extremely peaceful and less populated than most other areas on the island. New hot tub and ground level 1/2 bath for 2021! • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You will increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a fantastic resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
