3. Bunk Room
Sleeps 5 between 2 queen bed bunk beds & 1 portable twin with thick, memory foam bed. Intelligent TV with PS4 Gaming Console, Gaming chairs, Extra enormous Connect 4 Wall Game, Sliding glass doors to private, furnished deck with canal vistas.

2nd Floor:

4. Primary King Suite:
Luxury Designed, Expansive Master Bedroom. Equipped with SPA-like elegant ensuite bathroom with 9 foot shower with freestanding bathtub, & double-sink vanity. The bedroom is equipped with a Sweetnight, premium hybrid bed, luxury linens, desk with printer & desk chair, Intelligent TV, and double glass door leading to huge, furnished, private deck with killer ocean vistas.

5. King Suite:
Bathroom ensuite with jetted hottub tub and rain shower, & double vanity. Just remodeled. Bedroom is equipped with Sweetnight premium hybrid bed with luxury linens and plenty of pillows. Intelligent TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with canal vistas.

Third Floor:

Luxury, sizable, entirely-refreshed kitchen equipped with every amenities guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or fast meals in between activities. Two pantries with half bath next door. Brand new appliances & FULL COFFEE BAR offering complimentary specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, & electric kettle.

Dining Room:

Plenty of seating between sizable dining table seating 8 with 8 additional bar seats. Extensive glass windows with handsome canal vistas. Just outside dining room is a huge covered deck with 6-seater bar top table and two patio chairs with ottomans.

Living Room:

Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room with vaulted ceilings. Living room features a full-size shuffle board, additional huge reclining sectional, large chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friends activities. Shiplap fireplace with 65” Intelligent TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean vistas. Just outside the living room is a large deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit.

Carport:

Plenty of parking, large outdoor shower, and storage closet with access to 4 beach chairs, cornhole boards/bags.

Backyard:

Guests will have access to the entire townhome and private backyard, pool and hot tub. Pool can be heated for an additional fee for $50 per day, which covers the cost of the propane to keep the water temperature warm. You can add through the booking site or message us for details.

Additional Conveniences Included:

• All bed linens, towels, hand-towels for bathrooms & kitchen
• Household supplies from laundry & dish detergent, trashbags, 2 rolls of paper towels, & 10 rolls of toilet paper. For long stays you may want to bring additional paper towels and toilet paper.
• Beach Towels (up to 10 included per stay)
• Free snacks, bag of coffee, k cups, tea, spices, & more
• Throw Blankets & plenty of games for the family or friends
• Full-size washer and dryer with detergent supplied

We know how importance response time is to our guests so we ALWAYS have three eyes on the app so we can handle any needs as fast as possible. The guest guidebook also includes each`s host cell phone number as well.
1. No smoking please. If home smells like smoke a minimum of $300 or more will be charged for smoke remediation depending on severity. This includes all forms of smoking.

2. Family Animals must be on reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. $150 for up to 2 dogs. $150 fir a third pup (max of three). Pets brought that were nit on reservation will be charged $200 per pet after checkout. If you want to add a pet after you book please message us and we can request the pet fee.

Please pick up after your pet in the yard.

3. No parking anywhere but the unit carport / driveway or guest could be fined $250 from HOA or towed. There is a paid parking lot just a few homes down.

4. Please follow checkout rules or additional costs may be charged to pay cleaners for additional work.

5. Please checkout on time. For unauthorized late checkouts a fee of $100 per half hour will be charged to pay cleaners time for waiting. We sometimes can approve early or late check-in depending on availability. Approved check-ins prior to 3pm and checkouts after 11 am may be available for a fee. Message us for more info.

6. Extra guests that are not on the reservation should not be in the home without prior approval or a fee of $50 per guest, per day could be charged.

7. No events without approval. Party cleanup costs of $300-$500 could be charged. ions.

8. No glass in pool area or food in pool. Clean up charges can apply if broken.

9. Please always recover hot tub to save energy and keep clean.
