The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room so the chef in the family can join in on conversation while preparing meals. There is a convenient full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway or the adjoining bedroom. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 twin and 1 full-sized bed.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom which has a cozy king-sized bed, a private deck with ocean vistas, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway for added convenience. The third bedroom is furnished with two standalone full-sized beds. “Ramsey East Unit” is a trendy pick for many returning guests as it lends itself to families, provides ample parking, has two decks that have amazing ocean vistas, and is just steps from the beach.

For bigger family gatherings, rent the adjoining unit W148 “Ramsey West Unit”, for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining and living areas! There is a connecting first floor door between the East and West units that can be unlocked with advance notice for bigger families renting these units in combination. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two nighttime stay other seasons.
Linens Configuration: 1 King, 3 Full, 1 Twin.
Parking: Off-street parking for 4 cars in carport and driveway.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pets not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
