Located on a peaceful, friendly street, this upper-level unit is only a 10-min. walk to the eateries and stores. The main floor includes a cavernous living/dining/kitchen area that opens to a deep wraparound porch with rockers. The master bedroom and bath are on this level as well as two more guest rooms and a bathroom. There are also 3 bedrooms on the top level. On the ground floor, there is a garage and an outdoor shower. The garage fits 2 midsize cars in tandem. There is room for 3 cars in front of our unit parked side by side. Only Saturday check-in during Jun/Jul/Aug.

About the Area

Located in Wrightsville Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. Aussie Island Surf Shop and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Southport area. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
