Welcome to High Tide Hideaway! Located in the heart of Carolina Beach, there’s something for everybody in your group to experience close by.

The main level offers an open floorplan with all new furnishings in the living room and dining area. The sizable sectional couch provides a comfortable spot to relax and relax after a fun filled day on the beach or at the community pool. The kitchen is sure to please the chef in your group and offers bar seating for 3. Just down the hall is the half bathroom and the master suite which includes a king bed, private bathroom with hottub tub and shower, private balcony with vistas of the lake, enormous intelligent TV, plus a dedicated workspace and monitor.

On the first level you’ll find the huge entry entry, the laundry closet with washer and dryer, plus the remaining bedrooms. The bunk bedroom includes 2 twin over full bunk beds, a intelligent TV, and private bathroom with shower. The king bedroom offers a intelligent TV and full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the ground level is the garage including parking for 1 car, elevator access, plus all the beach equipment including bicycles, cooler, beach cart, and beach chairs. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed**

Gated community amenities include the pool and grilling area. Pool is open from 9am to 11pm (Curfew for pool and grounds is 11pm -9am)

The pool typically opens on May 1st - October 31 (or sooner if it's already cold weather). Pool deck is open year-round other than when repairs are in progress.

Parking for up to 2 cars, one spot is in the garage, the other is first come-sirst serve in the parking lot and parking pass is required. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely supplied kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
