From here, you just need to walk down the back steps to get to your direct beach access.

Inside, you'll find a cavernous living room with elegant vaulted ceilings and ample windows to take in the exceptional ocean vistas! Unwind and relax on the jumbo sectional couch and watch your favorite shows together on the sizable flatscreen TV. A few steps away is the entirely equipped chef's kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, plenty of counter space, and a handsome kitchen island with bar seating for up to 3. When you're ready to sit down for a meal together, the bright and airy dining area has seating for up to 8.

And, when it's time to rest and recharge, you'll find each bedroom is equipped with intelligent TVs and ceiling fans. As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
