- Must be 25+ to book; if your group isn’t related, average adult age must be 25+



- No home events or prom events



- No smoking inside or on/around the property (violation = $500 fee)



- No charcoal grilles, fire pits, or deep fryers on premises



- Fireplace is decorative only — not for use



- Kids must be supervised in the pool at all times



- No food, drinks, alcohol, or glass in or around the pool



- Unauthorized family pets not allowed; approved pets only



- Guests must follow check-out procedures; additional cleaning costs may apply



- Security cameras monitor parking areas and entrances
