The comfortable gathering area, anchored by a decorative fireplace, is just across from the dining space. Savor your meals-with-a-water-view or step out onto the attached screen porch for a snack or coffee. Adjacent is the kitchen with a striking wooden breakfast bar that seats four, loads of granite counter space and stainless appliances. The kitchen is backed by a roomy pantry/laundry room. If alfresco dining is your enjoyment, scoot out the home’s back French doors onto the covered porch and step down to the oversize dining deck-the ideal spot to appreciate a good meal AND Mother Nature.
