Freshly constructed in 2019, this gorgeously decorated home has been thoughtfully appointed to meet all of your family's beach vacation needs. Featuring a reverse floor plan to maximize the view overlooking South Beach, you'll find that Fish Bowl has the ideal layout for extended or combined families.

The first floor hosts all 5 bedrooms, each extending off of the central family room. Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-out to the front porch, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with double shower head walk-in shower, and double vanity, and a generous walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and their own en suite bath with walk-in showers. Bedroom 4 is a appealing bunk room featuring two bunk beds beds (4 twins). Bedroom 5 is equipped with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room is also located on this floor, with an additional wash and dryer for beach towels etc located in the garage for added convenience!

Heading up to the second floor, you'll find an open living space with beautiful expansive vistas of South Beach. The living room features a remote controlled gas fireplace, bar with wine refrigerator, and plenty of gathering space that flows into the dining room and kitchen. The dining room seats 8 at the table and an additional 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped and a prepare's delight with a 6 burner gas cooktop. There is a convenient half bath located off of the living area. Stepping out onto the balcony, you can BBQ for the family with the gas grille and then savor al fresco dining while taking in the sunset over the Atlantic.

Fish Bowl has an outdoor shower with hot/cold water, 4 adult bicycles and beach toys in the garage for you to appreciate. Please note that BHI Vacations does not maintain or guarantee bicycles, beach toys, or beach towels at any of our properties - subject to change at any time.
