Our family-friendly home features two decks on each level, great for ocean breezes, coffee, or sunsets. You are located at the heart of Carolina Beach with the boardwalk and delicious eateries close by.

This roomy home has 5 bedrooms.

Room 1 - Master Bedroom has a King size bed along with a master bath.

Room 2- Offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds with trundle, it also has a private bathroom.

Room 3- Queen Bed w/ private bathroom.

Room 4 - Queen Bed

Room 5 - Queen Bed w/ bathroom in the hall.

As our guest you will have access to all 4 stories of Duplex 1.

The kitchen is supplied with all your basic cooking & dining necessities.

1. Primary Guest Requirements
- The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.
- A valid government ID is required before check‑in.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

2. No Smoking or Vaping
- No smoking or vaping inside the home, on decks, or near doors/windows.
- Violations result in additional cleaning costs and possible eviction.

3. Pet Policy (With Prior Approval Only)
- Animals must be approved before booking.
- Family Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended unless crated.
- No family pets on furnishings or linens.
- Clean up all pet waste indoors and outdoors.
- Any pet‑related damage or excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.
- Full Pet Addendum applies.

4. Safety & Security
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.
- Kids and pets must be supervised on decks, stairs, and outdoor areas.
- Do not tamper with exterior cameras or safety devices.
- No climbing or leaning over deck railings.

5. Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM.
- Please respect neighbors and the residential nature of the area.

6. Parking
- Park only in the designated driveway spaces.
- Do not block neighboring driveways or park in the yard.
- No RVs, campers, or trailers without prior approval.

7. Cleanliness & Care
- Treat the home with care and respect.
- Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the home.
- Indoor towels must remain inside; beach towels are supplied for outdoor use.
- Do not move indoor furnishings outside or rearrange sizable items.

8. Kitchen & Appliances
- Do not place hot items directly on counters.
- Run the dishwasher before checkout.
- Dispose of trash in outdoor bins and secure lids tightly.

9. No Parties or Events
- No events, events, or huge gatherings beyond the number of registered guests.
- Unauthorized events may result in immediate removal without refund.

10. Grilling & Fire Safety
- Grilling is not allowed on decks per local ordinance.
- Use only the designated ground‑level grilling area.
- Never leave grilles unattended.

11. Outdoor Spaces
- Keep deck furnishings secured when not in use.
- Do not hang towels or clothing over deck railings.
- Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the home.

12. Damage & Reporting
- Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
- Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in additional charges.

13. Check‑Out Requirements
- Check‑out is 10:00 AM.
- Start the dishwasher.
- Place used towels in the bathroom.
- Remove all food from the refrigerator.
- Take trash to outdoor bins.
- Lock all doors and windows.
