Beach Cottage style home with open floor plan within a short walk to the ICW. Neighborhood has two fishing piers and a boat ramp. Also, just one mile from the public boat ramp. Home has 2 bedrooms downstairs. One room with a king bed and the other has one queen. There is a sizable additional sleeping area upstairs and a half bath. One full bath with enormous walk-in shower down stairs and a nice vinyl enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Air conditioned sunroom with plenty of seating to appreciate early morning sunrises or evening sunsets or maybe you would rather take a nap or read a book on the sunroom’s twin bed. Approximately 8 min. ride to the Ocean Isle Pier where you will find the beach, community concert/ splash pad park, putt putt and eateries. This is the ideal home for your week of rest and relaxation at the beach!

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • To book the largest rental within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.

Advice for a great stay:

  • Take a copy of the host's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of issues.
