This home offers a shared boat dock just steps from your door for fishing or launching paddleboards and kayaks. This condo sleeps 7 and offers a comfortable and practical layout with a modern coastal design. A entirely upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops, and modren designer touches that create a fresh, inviting ambiance. The main level consists of a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. There is a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen (at the sink and refrigerator (ice/water)) and a whole home filtration system! Appreciate a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage on the private deck overlooking the sound which can be accessed through the living room. The bedroom on the main floor has one queen-sized bed and one twin-sized bed. The master suite is located on the top floor and has a king-sized bed with a private deck and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is also located on the top floor and has a queen-sized bed.

Included: WIFI, Cable/Intelligent TVs, a completely outfitted kitchen, and linens, including all linens + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-nighttime luxury bag is supplied to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. Four bicycles, a beach buggy, chairs, a crab pot, and a propane grille are supplied for your enjoyment. Guests are responsible for the upkeep of the grille. Propane tanks are included but may not always be full. This home is not pet-friendly.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. All reservations year-round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check-in.
