  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
