Two covered porches (massive sound side covered porch and deck), patio area with picnic table, two outside showers with hot and cold water, well-kept back and front yard, boat dock, unobstructed sound and ocean vistas with beach access directly in front of the home.
Charmingly decorated with ceiling fans, two kitchens each with fridges (one up and one down) and no inside stairs. Extensive round dining table with constructed-in Lazy Susan seating for eight. Wood floors throughout on 2nd level.
