Savor access to the exclusive, Private St. James Plantation Beach Club with Oceanfront Pool, bathrooms, and private beach strand. (Note that paid, public parking on 72nd Street will need to be utilized.)
With a plethora of nature hiking, library, and restaurant options, you never have to leave the neighborhood! But if you want to go adventuring, you will also have Traveler access to the Marsh Winds pool, transient boat docking in the marina, access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island. Not to mention the many award-winning eateries on the water in Southport, 5 mins. away!

Ground Level: Parking Lot, Pool, Golf Course, Walking Trails, Playgrounds, Marina.
The Marsh Winds pool will typically be open for use from May 1st to the second week of October.

Studio: Couch, which is a Full Size Couch Sleeper. Queen Bed, Desk and Chair, Intelligent TV, Ceiling fan, Roomy Closet.
Kitchenette: Seating for 2 at Bar, Sink, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Ensuite Bath.
Bathroom: Step in Shower, Toilet

Golf Carts are prohibited at this property.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

*Parking Lot with Unassigned Parking Spaces. *St. James Plantation has 4 entrances, only the main gate on HWY 211 is manned 24/7. *The Beach Club is for Guest Use; however, Private Parking is for Owners ONLY. Guests must utilize public paid parking on 72nd Street. *Contact St. James Marina if you need to rent a boat slip for your stay!
