- Fast WIFI throughout the whole home with Fire Stick equipped TV (living room) and ROKU TV in all three bedrooms.
- Outdoor/Open Air Shower for cleaning off the sand from the beach day.
- Pet friendly: A max. of 2 medium dogs are allowed. The pet fee is $250 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. Please ask about the pet policy!
- The pool is open from May 1 - September 15. (roughly, weather dependent) The pool is closed when it is dark outside (there are no lights in the pool or pool area) - this is per the health department.

Getting the best rental value:

• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Booking websites often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.
