The home is close enough to the pier for a fast ice cream trip but far enough to avoid the hordes. You will also savor an unobstructed tidal marsh view from the covered street-side deck. This Hobbs Intelligent Home features a sizable, well-supplied kitchen, open dining area, living room with ample seating, a game room with games and puzzles and bumper pool, four bedrooms, three baths, and intelligent TVs in the living room (80”) and all bedrooms - all conveniently on one level.
The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.
