This freshly constructed property is located right across the street from our gorgeous beach, 2-min. walk to the beach access, with vistas of those handsome crashing waves from multiple points of the home, and if that doesn't suffice, take a fast walk up to our charming overlooking, "Widow's Peak". This widow's peak is directly facing the ocean and the view is amazing for watching the rise and fall of the sun.

This home is equipped with 5 bedrooms, all comfortably accessed by elevator and stairs. Along with intelligent TVs and calming sleeping arrangements, all rooms also have an attached bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, for painless access for all members of the family!
When booking your long-awaited family vacation, think of all the fantastic family dinners you could whip up in our brand new, completely stoked, stainless steel kitchen. There's a sizable island so everybody can get their hands dirty, and an extended table for the memories to be made at family dinner. Feeling more like BBQ? Don't worry, we've got you covered there as well! Out by the pool, you have a propane Grille with plenty of space to prepare up your family's favorites!

Submariner, 5 Bedroom- New Build, Second Row w/ Private pool & Elevator is located in Ocean Isle Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.
