This oceanfront bungalow sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.
This bungalow is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grille, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.
Keyless door lock entry provides painless access.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO FAMILY PETS bungalow.
Rental includes 5 ROKU Intelligent TVs, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a completely equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.
Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Modest outdoor utility sink and picnic table are in shaded area under the bungalow.
Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent supplied.
