Our 1st-floor condo is located across from Carolina Beach Lake Park, 1 block away from the beach access and a short walk to downtown and the boardwalk. Our surf inspired getaway has an open floor plan that connects the kitchen to the living room, with simple access to the outdoor porch or the dining room. Plus, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms give you enough room for the whole family.

Appreciate the breeze on the huge porch with two sitting areas, walk to Crush and Grind to grab a coffee in the morning, or get a beer from the Fat Pelican at nighttime. When you stay at The Landing you’re steps away from everything the island has to offer!

• Summertime is the most expensive season in Carolina Beach. To book the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Southport restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
