THINGS TO NOTE:

➝ One parking pass is guaranteed and supplied with your reservation.



Parking Instructions: Parking pass required; 1 parking spot guaranteed, 2nd spot is first come, first serve. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking. There are public parking tons within walking distance of the condo. Prices are generally $5-6 per hour OR $25 per day. The town is very strict and will give out tickets so make sure to pay through the parking app for additional time.



➝ Per strict HOA rules, Golf carts are not allowed to be kept or left to charge on Carolina Surf Property.
