When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer is high season in Wilmington. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.

  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
