Appreciate the cavernous open kitchen and living area, ideal for entertaining friends and family. And, the show-stopper! The Studio includes a ping pong table and a corn hole game.
Driveway has parking room for a medium size boat and there is a double gate for access to the back yard if you need to park a enormous boat if you are in the area to fish or just appreciate boating in the Wilmington area.
