The highlight of the home is the cavernous primary suite, featuring a handsome private bathroom with a sizable walk-in shower and plenty of room to relax at the end of the day.
The home also features a dedicated additional room with a desk, giving you a peaceful space for remote work, studying, or simply unwinding. Free high-speed WiFi makes working from home simple, while the formal dining room provides a marvelous place to gather for meals and special moments together.
A full laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience—especially helpful for families, beach trips, and longer stays.

For cookouts, we provide both huge and modest charcoal BBQ grilles.

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! Please include your pet in your reservation or let us know when booking so we can prepare the home accordingly.
Nearby Ogden Park is a great option for walks and outdoor time with your pup.
When walking dogs within the neighborhood, please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid accepting family pets to relieve themselves near mailboxes or directly in front of neighboring homes. Please always clean up after your pet.
We also kindly ask that dogs not use the backyard as their primary potty area, helping us keep the outdoor space clean and delightful for everybody.

Parking
The driveway comfortably accommodates two enormous cars, and additional complimentary street parking is available. Please be careful not to block neighbors’ mailboxes so mail delivery remains accessible.
Additional complimentary parking is also available at the end of the block.

A Few House Notes
We want you to relax and feel completely at home while also helping us take care of this special property and neighborhood.
We kindly ask guests to remove shoes before going upstairs and treat the home with the same care and respect they would their own.
Trash collection is early Thursday morning. If your stay includes Wednesday nighttime and the bin needs to be emptied, we greatly enjoy your help placing it at the curb Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning.
