With more than 1,300 sq. ft., The Sea Pearl offers plenty of room for families to vacation comfortably together. The condo is decorated in a tasteful coastal style and features an broad oceanfront deck overlooking the beach, Atlantic Ocean, community pool, and gazebo.

Fresh sheet sets and towels are neatly placed on each corresponding bed before arrival. Beds are NOT pre-made.

BATHROOMS
The primary bath features a bespoke tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a deep tub with bespoke tile surround, especially convenient for families with kids.

Both bathrooms include Dial Antibacterial hand soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper as part of your starter supplies.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN
Our guests frequently mention how well supplied the kitchen is! You'll find cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, and the everyday kitchen essentials needed to prepare and serve a family meal.

The kitchen includes Dawn dish soap and Dial Antibacterial hand soap, plus starter supplies of dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags, and kitchen linens.

The dining table has extensions for additional room. Between the table and kitchen bar, there's seating for all 9 guests.

LIVING ROOM
After a day at the beach, settle into our spacious living room featuring:

Starter consumables are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for additional supplies needed based on the length of their stay and usage.

BEACH GEAR
A selection of beach gear is supplied for guest use. Because beach equipment experiences wear and tear and items can occasionally be damaged or go missing, we encourage guests to bring any specific chairs, umbrellas, toys, or equipment important to their family.

OCEANFRONT OAK ISLAND LOCATION
The Sea Pearl is oceanfront, putting the beach and Atlantic Ocean just steps away. Southern Shore Villas also offers a community swimming pool and gazebo, making it painless to go back and forth between the beach and pool.

We're conveniently located to eateries, shopping, fishing, boating, and everything Oak Island has to offer. Historic Southport is also just a short drive away.

The Sea Pearl isn't simply a rental — it's our family's beach home!

Our parents brought our family to Oak Island for vacations, and some of our favorite memories were made here. We appreciate sharing our little slice of heaven with other families and hope you'll create lasting Oak Island memories of your own.

Guest experience is extremely important to me. I take great pride in the cleanliness and preparation of the condo and appreciate communicating with our guests. GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

Cleaning Fee: $275
The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning between guests. Guests are expected to leave the condo reasonably clean and tidy and follow checkout instructions. Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover, including excessive sand or trash, may be charged against the damage deposit.

Refundable Damage Deposit: $750
A $750 returnable damage deposit is required upon booking and refunded following your stay supplied there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or other applicable charges. The host maintains records and photos of reported/documented damage.

Accidents happen! We simply ask that you promptly let us know if something is damaged so we can address it before the next guest arrives.

CHECKOUT & COMMUNITY RULES
Checkout instructions are located in The Sea Pearl Welcome Book inside the condo and are expected to be followed to avoid additional charges.

All guests must follow Southern Shore Villas rules, which are included in the Welcome Book and posted inside the condo.

**IMPORTANT: Golf carts are currently NOT allowed at Southern Shore Villas. Please do not rent or bring a golf cart for your stay.**

KEYLESS ENTRY
Prior to arrival, we'll ask you to provide a 4-digit code you can conveniently remember. We'll program your personal code into the electronic door lock and send detailed check-in instructions a few days before arrival.
