Catch the morning beauty rise over the canal and the painted evening skies over the Intracoastal Waterway. After a day at the beach (the public beach access is within walking distance at the pier/campground 1/3 of a mile away), take a invigorating dip in the alluring saltwater, private swimming pool, or soak in the hot tub, and appreciate water vistas from both sides.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Guests can savor the use of the floating boat dock on the Deepwater canal, great for kayaking, canoeing, or exploring the waters by bigger vessels. The ICW pier and boat dock is supplied in the advertised weekly rental rate. The automatic boat lift on the ICW is not included with pier access.

This Hobbs Intelligent Home (1K, 3Q, 2T) features a light and airy open floor plan with a living area, a dining area, and a kitchen with a Flex Brew drip/pod combo coffee maker, and counter seating. When to visit Holden Beach & When to book:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • To get the best value, try shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation!
