*Pool Policy: Overnight temps must be in the high 50's at least. Heater usually maintains 10-20 degrees above outdoor temp, available May-October (& often April & November) for an additional fee.

*Cause we know how it is to pack the family car for a beach trip, we provide: Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, and much more.*

We know packing for travel, especially with kids, can be frustrating. We strive to provide as much as we can for our guests. Unlike most beach homes, we provide most personal and household products, some of which include: Shampoo, conditioner, kids shampoo, body wash, cleaning products, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
