The charmingly refreshed kitchen offers granite countertops, a gas range, counter seating, and a convenient coffee bar with a Keurig Duo that brews both full pots and single-serve cups. After a long beach day, relax in the opulent master bathroom, complete with a jetted soaking tub and a cavernous tile shower with rain showerhead. The master bedroom, a guest bedroom, and the laundry area are located on the main living level for added convenience.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms, a cozy sleeping nook with two twin beds, and a cozy den with casual seating and a dedicated TV—ideal for movie nights or gaming. Ceiling fans and TVs are included in every bedroom.

Outdoor living really shines at Tortuga. The fenced yard makes this home pet friendly (pet fee will apply), and the canal dock in the backyard is ideal for bringing along your boat, kayaks, jet skis, or water toys. Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87–88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the outside temperature is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June–August. Please call for more details.
