The freshly refreshed kitchen has granite counter tops, gas range, counter seating and a coffee bar area with a Keurig Duo which will brew a full pot or your single use cups. After a long day at the beach, spend time soaking in the opulent jetted tub or appreciating a rain shower in the massive updated tile shower of the master bathroom. The master bedroom is on the main living level along with a guest bedroom and the laundry area. Upstairs are 2 more guest bedrooms and a sleeping nook with 2 twin beds. There are ceiling fans and TV’s in each bedroom. Additionally, this home features a den upstairs with casual couches and a dedicated TV for gaming or watching movies. Outdoor space is fenced in and the home is pet friendly! Don’t forget to bring your water toys such as floats, jet skis, kayaks or your boat to entirely utilize the canal dock right in your backyard!
