MUST BE 25 or older to rent. NO family dogs and cats. NO smoking. 0.3 mile / 7 min. to Beach access/Sea! (Alabama Ave public access has 2 parking tons, showers and bathrooms) Mackerel Lane was constructed in 2016 and is very tidy and well maintained. Furnished front porch, grille, fast wifi.

New furnishings, wood, granite, tile. Very Nice. Lower level has bedroom with queen bed (twin sleeper chair) and full bath with tub/shower. Main floor has sizable living room with sleeper couch and a appreciate seat. There is no bedroom on main living floor. Kitchen, half bath and laundry room with washer and Dryer on main floor. Upstairs has a "children room" with twin over full bunk with trundle. This room sleeps 4 and has a full bath with tub/shower. Childrens room has a intelligent tv. Main suite- king bed, twin daybed, private balcony, bathroom has a huge whirlpool tub and shower. Main bedroom has a intelligent TV. Outdoor shower through gate on side of home. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars. Check in is at 4pm and check out promptly at 10am. Unfortunately due to cleaning procedures I cannot offer a late check out during PEAK summer season. Don't hesitate to ask if you have requests for your stay. I would like to give as much as possible so you can pack less.
