With spectacular intracoastal waterway and ocean vistas, this home is ideal for any family with a doggie family member (or 2) as it is pet friendly with payment of pet fee. The charmingly landscaped backyard includes a sizable green space and a charcoal grille. Also, outside is a private hot and cold shower!
Only a 5-min. walk to the beach and ten-min. drive to the nearest golf course. It is located in the heart of the island (around100 yards from all three of Holden Beach’s eateries, ice cream shop, and convenient store, and a short walk to Bridgeview Park with playground, splash pad, and pickleball/basketball courts. Public boat ramp, kayak launch, and fishing dock are also right across the street!)
