Delightfully furnished with five bedrooms (3K, 1Q, 5T), four and 1/2 baths, a newly refreshed, over-the-top kitchen with a gourmet wolf stove, pantry, huge dining area, and wet bar. Beautiful oceanside wall of sliding glass doors and LVP floor throughout. This home is the ideal sunspot to share with family and friends! The oceanside-covered porch upstairs is phenomenal for calming while the enormous partially covered deck downstairs has an additional-sizable hot tub that lets you savor sun or shade! After a day of sun, sand, and saltwater, wash it all away in the enclosed outside shower.

The home provides a 3-floor, residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. An EV charger is located in the far-right carport area.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a min. of surf and sand! Two grilles are included, one gas and one charcoal. Your heaven awaits!

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras when unoccupied. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

Absolutely no family pets nor smoking allowed on this property. The electric fireplace shown in the photos is not operational and not part of the rental.

Finding the best value:

• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. To get the largest rental for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities.
