Spread across three levels with elevator access, this home features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and ample windows that fill the space with natural light and countless ocean vistas. The entirely equipped kitchen includes modern stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and a convenient wet bar — ideal for preparing family meals or mixing evening beverages. Gather around the dining table or relax in the living area while taking in the beautiful ocean backdrop.

Each of the four bedrooms includes its own private bath, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. Three bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for added convenience.

Step outside to appreciate the ultimate coastal lifestyle. Swim in the private pool (heater available for a surcharge) or relax on any of the three cavernous decks with rocking chairs and memorable ocean vistas. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, then watch the sunset over the water with a glass of wine in hand. Ample parking is available for up to six cars.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are supplied for weekly units. Towels are not supplied, but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for an additional fee. Pools heat to a max. of 87–88°F, roughly 8–10°F above outside temperature. Pool heaters will not operate if air temperature is below 55°F and are unavailable June–August. Please call for details.
