Fabulous brand new home with palm trees and ocean breezes that await you! Spend your vacation appreciating the unobstructed ocean vistas from most areas of this beautiful new beach home! Home has an elevator and private pool (Heater with surcharge) for guests. Three levels of living space with vaulted ceiling, 4 bedrooms each with a private bath; 3 with TVs and ceiling fans, completely equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dishes and cookware, and wet bar. In addition to the pool, outdoor amenities include 3 decks, rocking chairs, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and parking for 6 cars. Watch the sunset with a glass of wine on the oceanside decks after a day in the sun. You will want to return again and again to this gorgeous vacation home that feels like a home!

Bed linens included (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels supplied can be rented.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. River's Edge Golf Club and Carolina National Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Planet Fun and Bald Head Island Information Center. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Finding your perfect rental:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Booking your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
