Located in the lush and calming gated neighborhood of Dunescape featuring cavernous tons, private access points to the Atlantic, inlet, and intracoastal beaches, as well as community tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and sand volleyball courts plus a pool, Villa Serena really provides a serene escape from coastal hordes.
Savor your morning coffee or sunset drink while listening to the surf and calming on a deck overlooking the ocean. Catch a game on the 75” TV or appreciate some music through the Sonos Arc soundbar and subwoofer. Two public beach access points are only a 1-2 min. walk away (1 is ADA compliant with bathroom).
