The first floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, the laundry area, and a completely equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The enormous gathering room provides plenty of space to relax and stretch out.

The second floor features 2 additional bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including the master suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bath. A roomy loft area offers more room for family game nights and includes a pull-out couch. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and intelligent TVs for streaming.

Outdoor amenities include a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower, huge picnic table, and a new Weber charcoal grille. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also supplied. A private walkway to the beach, located directly across the street, gives the home an nearly oceanfront feel.
