This Hobbs Intelligent Home (1K, 2Q, 2T) features a roomy, inverted floor plan, a comfortable living area with a flat-screen, a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, flat screens in each bedroom, and other kitchen amenities include a slow cooker, a Keurig, and a sizable pantry for storage. The huge open floor plan features a living area, dining area, and kitchen with access to one of the two upper decks. The primary bedroom has its own private upper deck, and the three bedrooms downstairs share access to two decks.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and bags up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
