There is a giant outdoor private shower and sink with hot and cold water. The home has floor to ceiling windows in the cavernous living and dining rooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom. The upper floor has the master suite with a queen four-poster bed and private bath. The master bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway. The high speed internet is accessible throughout the property including on the boat dock. Therefore, you can fish and surf the internet at the same time! The living room has a sizable TV with DVD player and two leather couches which recline. The kitchen has been completely modernized is well supplied with pots, pans dishes, silverware, appliances and dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer. Bed linens & towels are available thru local rental co or you can bring your own.. Starter quantities of paper products, soaps, etc. are included. You will definitely adore this extraordinary home.
