There are two porch swings, ,a picnic table, grille, rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table with chairs so everybody can savor the enormous porch and yard. There is a giant outdoor private shower and sink with hot and cold water. The home has floor to ceiling windows in the cavernous living and dining rooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom. The upper floor has the master suite with a queen four-poster bed and private bath. The master bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway. There are two more bedrooms upstairs; one with three beds (one full two twins) and the other has a queen size bed. These two bedrooms share a very roomy bathroom. Bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The high speed internet is accessible throughout the property including on the boat dock. Therefore, you can fish and surf the internet at the same time! The living room has a huge TV with DVD player and two leather couches which recline. The kitchen has been completely modernized is well outfitted with pots, pans dishes, silverware, appliances and dishwasher. There is also a washer and a dryer. Bed linens & towels are available thru local rental co or you can bring your own.. Starter quantities of paper products, soaps, etc. are supplied. You will definitely adore this gorgeous home.
