This upper level, end unit condo is newly refreshed! You will be so pleased with this bright and cheery condo, with new comfortable furnishings and beautiful beach décor! You will discover modern and updated Luxury Vinyl Plank floor, with updated lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is open and bright, with a enormous 50" flat screen TV, a unique electric fireplace to knock the chill off on those rainy beach days, and a new L-shaped sleeper couch (bed linens not included for sleeper couch).
