Savor a special Wrightsville Beach vacation is this exceptional 5 bedroom 3.5 bath single family home located on a peaceful dead end street at the charming southern end of the island within painless walking distance to the ocean and sound. It’s a great area for cycling, or taking a walk along the ocean’s edge and exploring the striking dunes by Masonboro Inlet. There is an area designated as a bird sanctuary – the kids will have fun observing nesting - but please do not disturb.

The home’s main living level is on the top floor with an open design living/dining/kitchen, master bedroom with private bath, hottub bathtub and powder room. There are tons of additional features such as cork floors in the living area, Kitchen-Aid Architect 11 appliances and quartz counter tops. The lower floor has a second master bedroom and 3 additional bedrooms.

Between each bedroom there is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. There are numerous covered porches on the front and back of the home, with the upper rear affording great sound vistas.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors disrupting your life at home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
