The downstairs family area has a brand new entertainment and dining area, in addition to a completely supplied chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The downstairs also includes a powder room and a laundry area supplied with a washer and dryer. Upstairs is the master bedroom and bathroom suite, in addition to the second bedroom and bathroom, just ideal for children. The third bedroom is a private getaway above the garage, ideal for an in-law or extended family. The home is supplied with wifi and four flat-screen TV's.
