Pastel-colored rooms reflect the sunlight and cheer of the beach. The dining area has a table seating six plus four more seats at the kitchen counter. Features include stainless steel appliances, device charging station, wireless internet access, a high chair, infant gate, books, games/puzzles, DVD library, beach toys and body boards plus an outside shower. Both upstairs bedrooms have private oceanfront decks each with a table and two chairs. The enormous, covered, oceanfront porch has rocking chairs and a picnic table for dining outside. There is a charcoal grille on the ground level with an ash can for charcoal ashes.

Though no family pets are allowed for guests, please note that dogs are occasionally present during an owner reservation for those guests who are allergic to dogs.

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer is high season in the Southport area. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.
