Sandy Britches is a privately owned open plan bright and alluring 2nd row home. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color cable TVs, 4 DVD players & WIFI. Exterior amenities are an outside shower, back screen porch, covered porch & ceiling fans outside. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to book:

Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You will need to determine what bed configuration is optimal for your family.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Extra fees or could be applied to your contract.
  • If there's an individual Southport beach you are enamored with, search for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
