Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish sink, ceiling fans, screen porch & sun deck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs for an additional fee. LINENS PROVIDED FOR 2023 (WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY). HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.
