Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 5 color TVs, DVD player, wireless internet & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.
