The kitchen is completely supplied and the home has received new laminate floor, new carpet, and some new furnishings within the past 2 years. While not shown in photos yet, there are now intelligent TVs located in all 3 bedrooms as well.
Appreciate time on the wrap around covered deck and relax to the sound of the ocean waves during high tide. Shower off in the outdoor shower after a great day on the beach and relax in the sizable hammock while grilling on the gas grille.
This home sits on pilings offering plenty of covered parking. Sitting on a enormous corner lot, there is plenty of yard in both front and back of the home for outdoor social time.
